SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for choosing Sweet Pouches! Please review our shipping, delivery, and cancellation policies below:

1. Custom Orders: No Returns or Refunds

  • As all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours after purchase for a full refund.

  • If canceled within 48 hours, only 50% of the order value will be refunded.

  • No cancellations or refunds will be offered after the first 48 hours.

3. Rush Orders

  • If you require your order to be delivered within 2 weeks, a $35 rush fee will apply. This fee covers expedited processing, printing, and shipping to meet your timeline.

4. Shipping and Delivery Fees

  • Flat Rate Shipping (within Canada):

    • $30 within Ontario.

    • $40 for locations outside of Ontario but within Canada.

  • Local Options:

    • Free pick-up in Kitchener, Ontario. Address will be provided when your order is ready to be picked up

    • $15 delivery fee for locations in Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge, Ontario.

  • Special Products - $15 shipping when you order these products alone:

    • Less than 50 unfilled pouches

    • Less than 50 colouring books

    • Less than 3 cake toppers

    • Less than 50 greeting cards

*If you order a combination of different products, you’re required to pay one of the Canada flat rate shipping costs.

5. Delivery Timeline

  • Orders will be processed and shipped to ensure delivery by the party date indicated at the time of purchase. If there are any concerns or adjustments needed, please contact us promptly.
